Established in 1992, it is the first veterinary vaccine manufacturing company in Malaysia. The company has undertaken the privatization of the production of animal vaccines from the Veterinary Research Institute, Malaysian Department of Veterinary Services since 1992.

Presently, the company produces vaccines mainly for poultry and swine diseases, like Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccine. This lyophilized vaccine contains adapted embryo and is highly immunogenic. It carries the intermediate hot V877 strain of IBD virus and is propagated in SPF eggs. It is used for active immunization of chickens against Infectious Bursal Disease between 10 and 14 days of age.
