provides for a highly advanced multi-disciplinary approach
to the development of a knowledge economy. It demands
great skill and expertise in genetic sciences as well
as engineering and processing technology. It requires
deep financial resources and the capacity to create
valuable partnerships that will span decades, diminish
barriers, achieve breakthroughs. It is far-reaching
in nature and in its capacity to innovate, create, improve
and enhance.
