Power Biotechnologies Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 24 March 2004.

Currently, the company is involved in the trading of agro-based products such as fertilizer and probiotics for the agriculture, aquaculture and poultry industries.

The Company plans to produce and commercialize environment control cum waste treatment formulations in Malaysia. The products are called Gaseous Ammonia Prevention (GAP) and Biological Gaseous Ammonia Prevention (BIO GAP). Based on results from a year of field trials in broiler and layer farms in various places in Malaysia, the GAP products (GAP and BIO GAP) were found to be effective in eliminating bad odor and flies.
