BioFact Life Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Company Act 1965 on February 1, 2005 as a newly setup private limited company in Malaysia. The company is formed in line with the Malaysia Government policy and global biotechnology trends.

Today, BioFact Life Sdn Bhd is one of the pioneer biotechnology companies in the world to cultivate cordyceps (冬虫夏草) in a specially designed clean room environment.

BioFact Life is a seed-to-shelf approach company with extensive research and development; they produce, manufacture and market locally and internationally.

There are two major divisions in BioFact Life; the first division is research and development. This division is responsible for the cultivation, research and development of Cordyceps and other herbs through the use of advanced biotechnology fermentation, and this division is led by their Chartered Scientist Dato’ Chang Eng Thuan. Another division is the GMP standard manufacturing division; it manufactures all types of herbal products with facilities including capsule, liquid, powder, tablet, pill and ointment production lines.

BioFact Life is also the manufacturing arm for one of the largest herbal healthcare product distributors in Malaysia, and has an outstanding track record in offering OEM services.
