Eligibility Criteria for BioNexus application
| 1. |
The applicant is a provider of a product
or services based on life sciences, or substantially
utilise biotechnology processes |

| 2. |
The applicant possesses research capability(ies)
in focus areas |
| |
|
| 3. |
The applicant employs a significant percentage
of knowledge workers as part of its total workforce
|
| |
|
| 4. |
There must be a separate legal entity for the
BioNexus-qualifying business and activities |
| |
|
| 5. |
The applicant complies to applicable and related
laws, regulations, guidelines, etc |
