Inno Integrasi Sdn Bhd is in the business of BOO/BOT of organic waste treatment plant using industrial strength, in-vessel composting technology integrated with bio-organic processing technology to treat organic waste, converting it into economically valuable bio-organic fertilizers (“BOF”). BOF are used in organic farming, horticulture, cash crops and plantations of palm oil, rice, rubber, tea and other agricultural produce. The primary market focus for the company is in the palm oil industry.
In addition to this business, Inno Integrasi also provides UNFCCC’s CDM consultancy services and Certified Carbon Emission Reduction Purchase
The company is a JV company of private equity venture capital firm Wings Strategic Management Sdn Bhd and Climate Change Capital Carbon Fund II
