BioSmart Sdn Bhd (BioSmart) was incorporated on 10 November 2005. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equator Life Sciences Bhd.

BioSmart is in the business of converting biomass waste created by palm oil mills to high quality and non-polluting organic fertilizers through a process using selected enzymes and microbes as enhancers.
